Paid Training

Upon hiring, you’ll receive comprehensive in-house training that equips you with the tools and knowledge needed to provide high-quality care during your 1:1 sessions. We’ll also support you in becoming a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within your first 90 days.

Paid training doesn’t end once you’re an RBT — we offer quarterly paid training sessions to ensure you continue growing and developing in your role.

Starting with training and certification as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you’ll have the opportunity to grow into leadership roles such as Social Skills Coordinator, Trainer, Team Lead, and Case Manager — all with the ongoing support and guidance of an in-house BCBA.

For qualified individuals, we also offer a pathway to become a BCBA Intern, supporting your journey toward becoming a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.

Internship Opportunities

We support your career pathway every step of the way. Our internship program is set up to go YOUR pace. It is a no-cost program, designed to support you at every stage of your journey. One on One monthly meetings to review your progress with an experienced internship BCBA coordinator. You’ll receive the opportunity to shadow a BCBA in programming, report writing, parent training, and scheduled paid study time.
